Yes, we meet or exceed the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (“cGMPs”). We are required to comply with 21 CFR Part 111 – Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in manufacturing, packaging, labeling or holding operations for dietary supplements. Our manufacturers are also required to comply with these regulations and are subject to periodic inspections by the Food and Drug Administration which has jurisdiction over dietary supplements. Our manufacturers consistently meet or exceed the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
As part of compliance with this regulation, all dietary supplement ingredients are qualified before they are purchased, in addition to each lot of inbound raw materials being tested for identity, quality and purity. Every lot of product produced for LifeVantage is thoroughly tested and inspected for strict adherence to established quality standards, resulting in a Certificate of Analysis (C of A) being issued showing compliance to these standards before the product is released for sale.
